We buy collections, estates, and individual items, and offer free appraisals throughout Central Maine including Lewiston, Portland, and surrounding areas. We are PCGS members, CAC approved coin dealers with submission privileges, ANA members, and members of the National Coin and Bullion Association (NCBA).

EBS Numis LLC is the next step in a dream I, Evan Saltis, have had since I was about eight years old - being a coin dealer, sharing information, providing services for collectors like grading, and offering collector- coins to all at an affordable price.
I was born in 2002 in Lewiston, Maine, and was raised in adjacent Auburn. I found my passion for coins at about eight years old at a small flea market - and immediately I was fascinated by the history, artistry, and intrinsic value of coins and precious metals.
Thankfully, I grew up in an era in which I was able to get a vast array of information at my fingertips, something which was especially fundamental in building my abilities.
I graduated from the University of Maine in 2024 (a semester early) with a bachelor's degree in History and Political Science, and moved to Fairfax, Virginia. Upon leaving that opportunity, I found myself with another position in my hometown at a coin shop which is very special to me - and I have been treated well by them.
I have worked in both wholesale and retail numismatic sales positions, handling multi-million dollar clients and coin deals totaling in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. I am proud to have connections with many prominent dealers, auction houses, numismatic authors, and scholars across the US. Not to mention, connections within the largest retailers in the numismatic industry.
I have been blessed to have met and dealt with many people in my time on Instagram, Facebook, and coin forums.
